Basic Retouching – Before/After

When shooting a wedding or portrait, my job is to do everything in my power to get the shot. Sometimes the weather isn’t quite right or the timeline doesn’t provide the best lighting for the moment. There’s so much that goes into a shot, but a lot of it must be done afterwards to bring

Elaine & Vince – Nguyeners At Last

This Orange County wedding between Elaine Nguyen and Vincent Nguyen was an absolute dream! We started off the day with an elegant Catholic ceremony at San Antonio Church in Anaheim Hills and then moved to the Aliso Viejo Country Club in the San Joaquin Hills. Dawodu Family Portraits

Look at how sweet this family is! Ola asked me to do a family session for their holiday cards and it was so much fun. AJ was a bundle of energy and proved more difficult to photograph than the baby but it was nothing a bit of Photoshopping-head-swapping couldn’t fix! For these first few images, we actually used their bed as our backdrop because it was a neutral and light tone that would bring the focus to them. The fireplace and stairwell were also prime locations, but the bed allowed everyone to feel a bit more comfortable and relaxed so the expressions were more genuine.
